OLKB Folder

Hello,

I'm using Outlook 2002 Pro on a Windows XP Pro SP2 box and when I open Word
attachments for example and from Word do a Save As, it automatically opens
the Save As dialog box in the USERNAME\LOCAL SETTINGS\TEMPORARY INTERNET
FILES\OLKB\ folder.

When I use Windows Explorer and drill down to the Temporary Internet Files
folder, there is no such folder visible that is OLKB. I can trying to delete
all Word files in that folder if possible.

Temporary Internet Folders is a special folder that Windows Explorer won't
display in some cases. To see its contents, click Start>Run. In the Open
field, enter %temp% and click OK. You should get a Windows Explorer window
open in WIndows' temporary files folder. If the Folders pane is not
displayed on the left side, click Folders in the toolbar. In the folders
pane, slide down until you see "Temporary Internet Files". It should be
right after the currently selected Temp folder. Click the plus sign to its
left and you should see the OLKB folder. Select it and you'll see its
contents.

Never edit attachments to mail messages. Always save them to disk first and
then edit them.
