Hi,
I have an invoice database that has a subform attched to the main form. The
sub form consist of Cost Centers and Amounts. When I pull a report some
records have more than one row of data depending on how cost centers where
put in on the subform. If 5 cost centers then on the report, that record will
show 5 rows of data with each different cost center.
The Problem:
I am trying to total the amount of the invoices from each vendor by invoice
amounts. The trouble is that, the 5 cost centers are creating 5 invoice
amount instead of one so my sum is out of whack. Is there a way to omit
duplicate information from the report or at least from this field?
Thanks to all!!
