Omitted elements when printing

When I print, text box outlines and the text itself, vanishes, appears -
Where is the setting to say "print" or "not print" ?

Note that in some forms of B&W printing, if you view the slide in B&W, you see no outline
of the object, but when you print it, you see an outline. There is no rationale as to why
the printing does not follow the B&W settings. This is in PPT 2003.
