Omitting records with empty fields

How do I set up a report where I want to view a list with certain fields
containing a value to print? If that field is empty, I would like the report
to skip that name.

Base your report on a query, set the criteria for the field in your query to
Is Not Null

Hi Diane,

In your query, try putting Is Not Null in the criteria portion of the field
you don't want to show if the field is empty.
