ON 2003 - Installation

My wife just installed the original ON 2003. I can't recall some of the
details, since I've been using the beta for the past few months. I have a
few questions:

1. Wasn't there an update - she has ON 11.5510.6568

2. I thought there are a few power toys - among them "Print to ON". If so,
where can she find them?

3. I believe her version doesn't have the fix to keep web site table
intact. Correct?

PT:
You should make sure that she has the service packs installed. SP1 was new
functionality, SP2 was bug fixes.

There are several utilities/powertoys for ON 2003. There is a list of some
of them on my site at www.onppt.com/note/onenote_article8.htm You can also
find some of them at the OneNotePowerToys site (link to that at the bottom
of the page listed above).

Finally, it is true that there isn't true table support in ON 2003. As for
the HTML tables, in general they don't copy into 2003 very well. If you are
grabbing web pages for that, I would suggest either a screen clipping or
using SnagIt to do the capture.

Hope that helps.

I's urgently recommend to get rid of the old 2003 and get ON 2007. It
has been by far improved and IMHO one can only gain by making the move
to the new version.

The retail-version will appear soon and in the meantime one can work
with the fully functional "Trial"-version.
