ON 2007: No Save As PDF?

LawSchoolGuy

Hi,

Just upgraded to Office 2007 Home & Student from the ON 2007 trial, and I
find that now with the full version I cannot Save As (or Publish Pages) as
PDF. I thought this feature was unlocked in the full version?

You need to download the PDF functionality from the Microsoft site.

See this article:

"As a result, Microsoft plans to remove from Office 2007 the ability to save
documents as either PDF or XPS formats. Those capabilities can be added back
in by customers via a free download from Microsoft's site. "

That was almost centuries ago. <gbg>

MS has solved the problem by offering the PDF/XPS export as a free
download:

This works fine not only in ON but in all of the other Office 2007
applications too.

He/she who is using Office 2007 wuithout this Add-in is missing quite
something in his/her daily work.

Yes I know
MS has solved the problem by offering the PDF/XPS export as a free
download:

....which is what the article stated:

"Those capabilities can be added back in by customers via a free download
from Microsoft's site."

And that's why I added the download-link (which had been missing in
your posting) <gbg>.
