On a reply to all i at times get "No transport provider..."

Sometimes in the office when someone recieves a emial
with say 20+ addresses in Outlook 2000 and hits "reply to
all", they get the email sent back saying the following.


Your message did not reach some or all of the intended
recipients.

Subject: RE: Fly-In Keynote Speaker
Sent: 1/9/04 2:22 PM

The following recipient(s) could not be reached:

'Nedsd, Chris' on 1/9/04 2:21 PM
No transport provider was available for
delivery to this recipient.

'JODELL AsdsS' on 1/9/04 2:21 PM
No transport provider was available for
delivery to this recipient.

'(e-mail address removed)' on 1/9/04 2:21 PM
No transport provider was available for
delivery to this recipient.

'(e-mail address removed)' on 1/9/04 2:21 PM
No transport provider was available for
delivery to this recipient.

'(e-mail address removed)' on 1/9/04 2:21 PM
No transport provider was available for
delivery to this recipient.


These arent all of the addresses and i did change them so
they arent the orignal. In Servics under the Delivery tab
it also sends it out from another account other than the
top one. Any help would be appreciated.
