On exit, OLE registration error, How I run Setup again?

I now have an error when ever I exit Outlook 2002 that Says: "Unable to
update public free/busy data. An OLE registration error occurred. The
program is not correctly installed. Run Setup again for the program." I
ran set up from the disk and still, same error. I ran detect repair and
still, same error. How do I "Run Setup again for the program?" I tried to
turn off the calendar sharing, but I still get the same error.
