On-line training - how was it created

I am very interested in the appication(s) used to create the Office on-line
training here at

In particular, the ability to add numbered values to screen captures and
have a list generate that is associated with the numbers.

Hi Milly,

Thanks very much. I tried this first, but could not find a method to do
this where they did not want me to pay $$. I wandered around the microsoft
website for a while before posting here.

If you have a direct way to contact them, I would love to know.
