in my office, we have 4 computers running ms outlook 2000 and 2 running ms
outlook 2003. when any of us set a meeting, we send it to all 6 computers.
we all accept all meetings. one of the computers (running on 2000) was auto
accepting the meetings and sending a reply. i found and checked
"automatically accept all meeting requests and process cancellations" under
tools>options>calendar options>resource scheduling on my computer (running on
2003). i looked, and the computer running on 2000 had that checked, as well.
so, i sent a meeting from a different computer 30 minutes ago to test it,
and mine still has not accepted it. so, im wondering two things... shouldnt
my computer accept all meetings with that box checked? and, once that starts
working, is there a way to set it up so it does not send a reply saying the
meeting was accepted? thanks!!! jenna
