On Start Up I receive "LDAP Directory Connections Details" Box

On Start Up I receive "LDAP Directory Connections Details" Box appears....I
"OK" thru it and appears to have no effect on my outlook but how do I prevent
it from openning on start-up?

Remove the LDAP. Use the Outlook Address Book as your service instead of
LDAP.
I'll assume you know how. You did not post your Outlook version.
Go to Tools > E-mail accounts > View or change existing directories or
address books >
