ON2007 and Outlook

Every time i recieve a mail in Outlook 2003, Onenote tries to install
something. This make downloading mail painfully slow, and cannot be
necessary?!
Is there anything i can do to resolve this?

Disable the ON add-in for Outlook. You need to find the COM Add-Ins
section for Outlook and disable it there.

Thanks for your help Patrick, but it did not work. The ON add-in is not
listed in my Outlooks com add ins, so i can't remove it. Still tries to
install every time i recieve a mail.
