ON2007- How to move header bar?

How can I move the page header (that contains space for the page name and
date/time)?

In ON2003 you did not loose the text in the header area, text could be hidden
and shown again in the page header area. What happened with that feature?

Just to answer on the latter:

It has been changed.
Period.

Out of very good reasons.
