One blank slide in a presentation?

E

Eggedd

I have been sent a presentation by a client using Powerpoint 2000. When I
open the file in 2003 one of the slides views as a blank template, and prints
blank.

The file was e-mailed, though when it was sent on disk the same happend.
When I save and resend the file, my client views the slide OK.

The slide is much like the others in the presentation, with only text and
two jpeg's. I have even asked them to send me the slide in isolation without
the graphics, but it still views blank!

When I open the isolated slide directly from Powerpoint, the thumbnail shows
the slide to be intact!

This has happend on two occasions, with files from the same organisation.

This is the Public.Mac.Office.PowerPoint group and you're apparently using a PC.
You want the Public.PowerPoint group if you have any further questions.

But to fix your problem, fire up 2003, choose Help, Check for Updates and apply
any recommended patches. That should solve the problem you're having.
