One combo bases on selected item in another

Is there a complete example of code of where you can limit
the values in one combo box based on the value selected in
another combo box. I really don't know exactly what I am
doing and it would be helpful to see the code.

Like I said, I really don't understand what I am doing.
So I need some code that is more on a beginner level.

Plus I already have data for both combo boxes, nothing
needs to be entered.
