One computer not wrapping vertical text

Good afternoon,
I have a database that prints out a report with a textbox that is set to
"Vertical". On all of our computers except for one it wraps the text. On
the one computer in question, the textbox stretches down the page to fit all
of the text. This ends up making a one page report into a two page report.
Does anyone have any ideas on what setting might need changed to get this
one computer to play ball?
