One Computer - two user accounts - Vista - Outlook 2007

We are two user profiles using the same computer and sharing the same email
address. Can someone please tell me how to set up Outlook 2007 so that we
can download and access the same emails no matter which profile we are in?
I saw one posting mentioning moving .pst files to a shared area - where are
those located and where do you suggest moving it to?

Finally, where is My Computer on Vista?

Let;'s take this one first. My Computer can be found on the Start menu, just
like in XP. You can also right-click the desktop, choose Properties, and
customize the desktop to show an icon for it, just like you could in XP.

There is a default shared folder in Vista just like there was in XP, but you
can always create one for yourself. Open a new folder on the C drive, then
right-click it and choose Sharing. For the first user, with Outlook closed,
move the default PST from %LocalAppData%\Microsoft\Outlook to that folder.
Start Outlook. It will complain that it can't find the default folders and
open a browser dialogue. Browse to the PST you moved, select it, and click OK
(or Open - I forget which you'll see). Outlook will open normally and be just
the way it was. Close Outlook again and log the first user out.

Log in the second user and rename the default PST in
%LocalAppData%\Microsoft\Outlook. Start Outlook. It will complain as before.
Browse to the shared PST, select it, and click OK. You'll now see the shared
PST in that Outlook as well.
