I have used a laptop for Outlook for appointments without any problems. My
computer was networked in a small community of only 4 other computers, using
net gear equipment.
My e mail messages and contacts were saved and re-loaded, but noit any of my
appointments.I use an HP 2210 to sync with my laptop. Outlook version from
office 2000 with all the relevant updates and patches applied on win xp pro.
My problem is one that despite trawling the internet and news groups, and
Microsoft's site, can not find an answer to.
My appoiuntments appeared fine but after re-botting, I went back into
calendar, and all my appointments were all over the place, and had reduced
to very small icons with a blue triangle at the side.
It also tendered to group the appointments into one day at one time.
If I try to enter an appointment for a particular day, it will schedule the
appointment for the current day at the current time. If I double click it,
gives the correct scheduling in the pop up box
The mini calendar also appears to be darker on certain dates that have
appointments so the appointment is being recognised.
I have tried all (known to me) settings to correct this problem but with no
luck.
Can any of the group help me please?
Many thanks in anticipation

Peter

Firstly, it the time and date on the PC and the HP2210
pocket PC correct? Also, verify the timezone settings too.
Just a start...
