one Form only displays the Details Background

Hi;

Using A2K Package/Deploy.

On two computers; one Form only displays the Details Background.
(Format>AutoFormat>Sumi Painting)

Not a single Control is showing.
The Record Selector does display but it doesn't cycle. No Numbers show
in/on the Record Selector.

The Form is set to Modal = Yes

Recently the AutoFormat on my machine stopped working.
Followed Microsoft's "Remedies".
Re-Registered two dlls and then Re-Installed Office Pro.

Has anyone Encountered and Overcame this foul up?
