One form to Many Libraries

Is it possible to publish one form to many Document Libraries?
We have a time sheet that 5 people fill out, I have set up a library for
each person with the same form. As I make changes to this form I need to
republish the "Templete" that each library uses. So, just trying to avoid
republishing the form 5 times is it possible to publish once to many?
Another option is to have the 5 libraries all use the same templete, possible"
