One MailBox 2 Domains to Send/Receive Mail

I have Windows SBS 2003 running Exhchange Server 2003 for my primary.domain
(primary.com). I also have a secondary domain (secondary.com) for mail that
is hosted by an webhost (POP3). Currently, I have two profiles set up in
Outlook 2003 but this is cumbersome switching back and forth.

I need to be able to send and receive mail for both domains in my
primary.com domain, if possible. For example, if an email is sent to
primary.com then my reply email must show that it came from primary.com. If
an email is sent to secondary.com then my reply email must show that is came
from secondary.com.

Simply don't use 2 separate profile but add both mail accounts to a single
mail profile.

I forgot to mention that I want route the pop3 domain (secondary.com) to the
exchange server. Can I have two MailBoxes on Outlook 2003 that use the same
exchange server?

Yes, you can make an Exchange server authoritative for receiving mail from
multiple domains and distribute it to a single or multiple mailboxes. Aside
from configuring Exchange this also requires modifying the MX records at the
ISP hosting your secondary domain.

Once you have it all configured you can configure Outlook to connect to the
additional mailbox on the Exchange server.

Thanks ...
One thing that is really important is to be able to reply to mail using the
@SameDomainName1.com that it was sent to (addressed to). Since my client uses
the task manger of Outlook extensively, it would simply things to be able to
use one mail account (domain) to manage the mail. In other words be able to
select the From: Email Address on all out going mail....Is this possible?

I'm not getting your example.

If you have multiple Active Directory objects all with a single email
address, then yes, you can use the From field to specify which address you
wish to send from.

If you have a single Active Directory object with multiple email addresses
(aliases), then no, you cannot use the From field to specify which address
you wish to send from. In this case you'll always reply with the primary
email address set on that object. Of course you can still send with the
primary address of another AD object as described above.

If you want to choose which address you send from and that address is not a
primary email address, then you can use this addin;
