I support a church that has Windows Server 2003 SBS with Exchange and
five clients running fully patched Windows XP Pro with Office 2003
Pro. The problem is that for four out of five mailboxes, the junk
email filter works just fine. On the fifth it doesn't work at all. I'm
at a loss to figure out why and they user is a little bit peeved. If,
on her account, I go into the Outlook Options, Preferences tab and
click on the Junk e-mail button, her option is set to High, just like
every one else. I've tried deleting and recreating their profile, but
that made no difference. What have I missed?
