ONE NOT SP 1 Not Working

I installed sp1 fine on my laptop. However on my desktop it is loaded, no
password protection showing up???? I went to reinstall it from the download
upgrade, and it said upgrade all ready installed in application. Yet it is
not>> Please Advise

Paul C,
Did you try and uninstall from add/remove?
Have a look at this utility:
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;290301#appliesto
Reinstall from your original One Note cd, then upgrade to SP1.
If successful, leave your installation files on your drive for ease in
future updates.

Paul,

On your desktop machine if you go to Help and select About Microsoft
Office OneNote what information is displayed about the version in the
first line of the window which is displayed?

If SP1 is installed that should be displayed there.
