One Note 2003 Taskbar Icon

My One Note 2003 running on XP Pro, at times does not have the icon appear on
the task bar near the clok. This means I cannot access screen capture
utility. I have no idea why it appears sometimes and at others, it does not.
Can someone help me resolve this glitch please?

1) Go to Tools | Options
2) Go to the "Other" tab
3) Make sure "Place OneNote icon in the notification area..." is checked

If it is checked, uncheck it, click OK
Repeat steps 1 and 2, then check it back on again
