One note: Ability to have a check list and check off items easily.

I'd like to have a "check list" option so that I can make a list of "ToDo"
like items as part of the notes. A right click might let you "import" the
list into Outlook or import a list from Outlook.

It would be great to have tables in OneNote as well. Just simple WYSIWYG
design.

That is currently possible. Simply use a ToDo note flag. If you click
on the note flag after it is inserted in a page a tick is displayed.
