Could somebody help me out?

I use maxthon browser (shell for IE) www.maxthon.com
Unfortunately, the onenote 2007 add-on or plugin is not showing up in that
browser.

Any help please?

It's not going to show up in Maxthon I don't think but you should still see
it in IE. I'm flying a little blind here because I don't have Maxthon
installed. What version of IE are you using? Do you have the OneNote print
driver installed - can you just print to OneNote? Can you drag/drop
selected content to OneNote?

There is actually a OneNote addin (plugin) for maxthon. Do a search of the
plugins and you should find it. It appears to be written in either Chinese
or Japanese and every time I've tried to use it I get an error in line 17.
Not sure if it’s the plugin or something on my system causing the error. Not
much help I know, but maybe worth a try.

I just got the OneNote plugin to work on my system. I am using Vista but
here is all I did.

I clicked on the Windows orb (the Vista Start button) and in the search
window I typed maxthon. It brought up a list of items that it found. There
was an icon called plugin (I only have the OneNote plugin installed so only
saw one plugin icon. May show more if more plugins are installed. Really not
sure)

Anyway, I clicked on it and since the error was in line 17 I looked down
through the content and found that the path that it was searching for the
OneNote.exe was InstallPath=G:\Program Files\Microsoft
Office\Office12\ONENOTE.EXE.

I simply changed it to InstallPath=C:\Program Files\Microsoft
Office\Office12\ONENOTE.EXE to reflect where OneNote was installed on my
system. I saved the change and reopened Maxthon and it works great now.

Hope ths helps,
Michael
