One Note and Pocket PC

Is One Note available for download to a Pocket PC -- I am running on my
laptop and wondering if there is a way I can take notes on my Pocket PC and
share with laptop and vice versa. Any help??

There is not a version of OneNote for the PocketPC, but
OneNote SP1 includes a one-way, one-time synch of your
Outlook Notes into a dediated section in OneNote.

The intention is that you take a note
(written/typed/audio) on your PocketPC and then it gets
copied automatically into OneNote the next time
ActiveSync performs its synchornization. You can then
apply a flag to these notes or move them for further
processing.
