One Note Free trial Installation problem

Hi,

I downloaded the entire 80MB installation exe from free
trial site where MS offers One Note full application trial
for 60 days.

after running the installation it says that exe is NOT A
VALID WIN32 File ...!!??

i run win xp, office 2k3 on Dell P4 512MB ram. Its meeting
One Note's requirements clearly.

Any solution?
