One note freezes?

When I select text and click and drag it around, I can't click on anything
except the main textbox in one note. I just noticed today.. Basically all the
page tabs on the right and the folders and toolbars will become unclickable
until I click something outside of the one note program. Then everything
works like normal.

Has anyone else had this problem? And does anyone know how to fix it?

New one on me. What version of OneNote are you using? Do you have the
latest Service Packs running? What kind of machine are you running it on?

Did you try running Detect & Repair? (Help menu)

I'm running 2003 on Windows XP for tablet PC--I have a fujitsu T series
lifebook purchased earlier this year (I can't think of exact model number). I
should have all the newest service packs and detect + repar didn't fix the
problem.

Yes, I have. It tells me that 'OneNote setup was successful' but it still
causes the toolbars to freeze. Should I restart One note after I do this? And
how long can I keep the program open? I leave my computer on most of the
day--maybe this is a factor?
