One Note has stopped working after opening the program

I have had OneNote installed on my laptop for about two years and all of the
sudden about 6 months ago...it started giving One Note has stopped working
right after I opened the program. I have done the diagnostic and they say
there are no errors. Do you think there is another program that is
interferring with it. I even tried the reinstall repair program and am still
having the problem.

I have no idea what it might be.
You may try uninstalling ON and then re-installing it after a re-boot.
