One Note Icon task Bar Quearion

The Icon that one note places in the Task bar will not stay hidden. I
go to customize and click always hide and that is fine for a while. A
day or two it comes back as hide when not in use. Very annoying. Any
fix got this problem.

Open OneNote, go into Tools/Options/Other and remove the check mark from
"Place OneNote icon in the notification area of the taskbar". OK, then
restart OneNote.

That's not what. I am asking how to make
it stay hidden. Thanks fot the answer anyway

That will remove it from the Systray. You won't be able to have it active
and hidden at the same time.
