One note needs better handwriting recognition

And in all fairness to CH, it is hard and a learning curve responding to
customer complaints - I know, I do it for a living, and look I snapped when I
read CH's response. Sorry there. Now we all feel better.

OneNote does not do handwriting recognition - Windows does (when running
the Tablet PC OS).

It was a design decision of MS to attempt to make the best universal
recognition engine which would not require training. It is under continual
improvement (for example, XP SP2 improved the Tablet's recognition
accuracy) and it will likely get better with future SPs and with Vista.
