One Note needs to search names of folders and sections too.

I am using the 60 day demo version. Can the paid version search names of
folders and sections. Or is there an option I can flip to get this?

The trial version of OneNote is 100% functional. OneNote does only search
the contents of a page, and not (as you've found) the names of folder and
sections.

A workaround that some people use is to put the name of the folder/section
in the header of each page, so that the section name is part of the search.
You can ensure that the section name is on every page by creating custom
stationery and setting each one as a default for a particular section.
