Greetings:

I know this app was intended for a tablet PC but I
only have a laptop and a pocket PC. Would I get any use
out of this if it were on a Pocket PC? Please advise.

Charlie's right Maurice. OneNote is an outstanding tool on a laptop.
I used it for more than a year on a conventional laptop before
recently switching to a Tablet PC (where OneNote is even better!).

not only on a notebook or Tablet PC. I use it all the time
on my desktop for creating side notes, taking notes on
current projects, research, etc. etc.

It's definitely not a mobile pc only application. It is
very helpful on a desktop pc, too.

Ditto. My notebook "is" my desktop (when you can only afford one computer,
get a notebook! <g>) and I use OneNote extensively in both notebook and
desktop "modes."

better: get a Tablet PC. :) The Acer C30x series would
be a good choice if you need a notebook primarily.

Have you reviewed the SP1 preview, yet? If not,
give it a ty. It's awesome.
