one note plus 2007

I am new to one note plus trying to use the windows logo key and S key to get
screen clips form a web page.
I was able to use it another time but it stopped working.
I am using windows vista

From the OneNote help file:

Insert a screen clipping.

Note The OneNote icon must be active in the notification area, at the far
right of the Windows taskbar.

In ON 2007 make sure this is checked ...Tools>>Options>>Other>>Place OneNote
icon in the notification area of the taskbar.

And as a troubleshooting step, you may want to turn
Tools>>Options>>Other>>Place OneNote
icon in the notification area of the taskbar OFF, save and exit, then turn
it back ON after restarting.

Sorry for the problems - we are trying to trace why this gets turned off for
some people.
