When I downloaded one note i clicked run and it came up with a message saying
C:\Documents and Settings\owner.....\my documents\onenote.ede is not a valid
win32 application. Whats the problem, how can I fix it in order to get my
program to run properly?

i think thats a typo.. even if it was ede it should still be able to run the
executable...
and it just means that the file is corrupted. and they need to redownload
it.

Try to re-download. Turn off any download managers you might be using, and
clear your cache in your web browser.

EDE won't run as an executable unless Windows has been told that's what that
file extension is.

I'm guessing she has a corrupted download however.
