One Note should allow me to hyperlink any text.

It's strange that I can paste content from the web, including links, but I

You can manually create hyperlinks. If you mean external hyperlinks
just type the following to go to the W3C Home page, for example

<http://www.w3.org/>

Thank you for the workaround.
Instead, I would like to be able to select the text then choose Insert >
Hyperlink... like I do in other Office apps. I think it should be MS
enhancement.
