One note should be server based so co-workers can share notes

My boss and I both use one note. We would like to share To Do and Top
Priority Lists, updating them frequently. If the product was housed on our
server we could view, edit and save these notes.

You can share notes with another person using SP1. Take a look at the
Shared Session feature.

But there is no way to persist shared session, so once both of you have
disconnected and gone home for the day somebody needs to reset the whole
session and all the documents associated with it the next day. Otherwise it
is a cool feature.

Save your notes on a Sharepoint server at the office.
