One Note should have table option similar to Word

I find it frustrating while taking notes to not be able to "insert a table"
with borders etc. like I can in a word document.

It's for taking notes. How much formatting can you really do while you
are actively taking notes. Heck, it's all I can do to write down half of
what they say, let alone formatting borders on a table.
