One note should include the ability to associate notes to contacts in
outlook. This would be a very functional tool. If there were a "hot key" to
get quickly to the notes page to take notes associated to a contact, it would
be even better.

You could get a similar effect by creating a link to your .ONE file in the
notes section of your contact item in Outlook.

You can also create links in OneNote to the specific Outlook contact item.
Doing it manually is challenging but you might Google "Outlook Linker" for a
tool that will help you create the links.
