One note should support links to specific lines in note pages

Now that we are all pretty familiar with wiki and blog syntax...
I want to be able to create a link in a onenote page to another one note
page. More specifically, I would like to link to a particular spot in that
page. This woudl be great if it could be extended to files as well. (link to
a paragraph in a word doc, for example, or a slide in PPT or a page or
paragraph in a PDF. )

This is one of the most popular feature requests for OneNote's next
version and has been discussed here many times. See FAQ 11.1.

No guarantees it will make it into the next version, but I know it is at
or near the top of the wish-list board for the development team.
