One note Software

Our company has just recently purchased new notebooks for us. We like the
one note program because we can divide different locations into sections. In
our job we rotate to each others locations and need to be able to get each
others notes so that when the rotation occurs we have all the up to date info
we need on that location. How can this be accomplished. Can one note be
loaded on a server that would allow us to send info and receive each others
info? Any thoughts?

You can store the notebooks on the server and access them from there, yes.

The software is still installed on the workstations. Check Tools | Options
| Open and Save for ideas on changing the default location of your notes.
Keep in mind that you may have issues around what happens when you unplug
your notebooks and take them on the road, so you may want to do some
thinking around synchronization software if you need to have these notes
with you when you are away from the network.

What about Offline Files?

That's not bad, but he'll probably get better results with the new Sync toy
that Microsoft makes available for download.
