Depends a little on your operating system but basically...

Start | Control Panel | Add/Remove Programs | Microsoft Office 2007
Enterprise | Change/Remove | Add/Remove Features....

May I ask why you want to "delete" it?

Reason for removing as it is a pain in the neck - don't need or want it,
whenever I print something it goes to One Note first which messes up the
layout and I end up not getting the full width.

Went To Add/Remove, highlighted MS Office, clicked Change, clicked One Note
to remove - that didn't happen.

Am using Windows XP PRO.

Did you get an error message? Are you using an account with Admin
privileges?

If the printing is your concern just set your default printer to something
else. Start | Printers (or via Control Panel). Right-click whatever
printer you want to use as your default and choose "Set as Default" from the
context menu.

Strange ...
I do not have Office 2007 Enterprise, only "Professional". And there
"OneNote 2007" is a separate item in the"Add/Remove ..." applet.

I'm wondering at least as much as Ben ..
Do yourself a favour and leave it on the machine and when you find
some time try it out!
IMHO OneNote 2007 is one of the best pieces of Software which appeared
in the last decade.
I have been using it for more than a year and - honestly speaking - I
would hardly know how to do without.

As said: Check it out. It's just fantastic!

As Ben already said:
Just assign another printer as the *standard*printer* and you won't be
bothered anymore.

Now I know who's responsible for those programs that ask:

Are you sure you want to uninstall program xyz?
Unintalling xyz will remove all data associated with xyz. Continue?
(Navigates to www xyz com) Please tell us why you uninstalled xyz.

:)

Just to make sure:
It's not *Me* who introduced such kind of questions <gbg>
