One NoteIcon in Notification area

My icon of one note doesn't start when windows starts. I
read I must have Microsoft Office OneNote 2003 Quick
Launch in the startup folder. I don't have it, tried to
repair with

1 Start OneNote. To do this, click Start, point to All
Programs, point to Microsoft Office, and then click
Microsoft Office OneNote 2003.
2 On the Help menu in OneNote, click Detect and Repair.
3 In the Detect and Repair dialog box, click to select
the Restore my shortcuts while repairing check box (if
not selected), and then click Start.

but the quick launch still doesnt appers.

How to make a shortcut in my startup folder for Microsoft
Office OneNote 2003 Quick Launch manually so that the
onenote icon appears in the notification area when the
windows starts?

Are you running the SP1 preview?

You can re-enable the notification area icon by going to Tools | Options
| Other and checking the "Place OneNote icon..." setting.
