This contact no longer recieves my email regardless of whether I send a new
message, forward, or reply to one he sends me. The only way for him to get
one is for me to forward the email to myself at my hotmail account and then
reforward that message to him using hotmail. My service provider is
"bellsouth.net". They tell me it has to be an Outlook problem. I have tried
using the repair function on the office disc with no luck.

I think you need to be checking their end not yours - does this person you
try to send to have you in their safe sender's list, their junk email list
or have a rule made about you? If they are on Exchange, has their
administrator done anything to stop them receiving emails from you?

I hope this helps you at least a little bit!

Knowledge is of two kinds. We know a subject ourselves, or we know where we
can find information on it.

The recipient's ISP may use a spam blocklist; naturally bellsouth.net's
IP addresses are on nearly all spam blocklists.
