One of my sent out email become Untitled Attachment.msg when recie

Hi All,

I have reply a mail sent to my cilent with 2 pdf attachments, and my client
recieved the mail content attached in a "Untitled Attachment.msg". My mailing
system is MS exchange 2003 and my client is Lotus Notes.

I am just interested in case this is related to mail system or application
system?
