one of my worksheets has colours on screen but prints only in bw

must have changed one of the commands in the one spreadsheet but don't know

Hi,
go to print properties and check the print color option

Most likely you've set the Black and White print option, check here:
Page Layout tab, Sheet Options group - click the expand button at the lower
right of the group. On the [Sheet] tab, clear the checkbox next to "Black
and white".
