One of the users cannot execute or run reports from ACCESS. Why?

I have ten users and everyone is executing Access fine except for one user.
She can execute everything else but reports. Any reasons why or why not?

or why not?

Does she have a default printer set up on her PC? Access uses the printer
driver to process reports so they won't work without a driver installed and set
as the default printer.
