One Option Then Lock Other Fields-Acc2K

Hi,

When a user enters data into a field, I want two other
fields to lock automatically. I can't use an Option
Group, because I need the fields to remain individuals.

I'm also trying to code this in combinations. For
example, if data is entered into two fields, the third
field locks.

I tried If/Else statement to lock fields, but will not
work on an unsaved record.

Please help. Thanks.
