A huge lack of diagnostic information here. At a minimum you should always
include your Outlook version and account type.
Have you run the Inbox Repair Tool (scanpst.exe) on your PST (if you use
POP) or have you tried Help>Detect and Repair (for OL 2003 and earlier) or
Help>Office Diagnostics (for OL 2007)?
